Estimated Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch orders Monday through Saturday. Once your order is confirmed via text, email, or a quick confirmation phone call, you can expect your package within the following timeframes:

Cash on Delivery & Payment Options

  • Prepaid Options: Securely pay online via credit/debit card or via direct bank transfer.

Order Tracking & Status Updates

The moment your luxury fragrance leaves our fulfillment hub, you will not be left guessing.

  1. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation message via Email or SMS.

  2. This message will contain a unique Tracking ID and a direct link to the courier partner’s tracking portal.

  3. You can use this link to check the live movement of your perfume box at any time.

Order Modifications or Address Changes

Because our team works hard to pack and ship your orders quickly, we can only accommodate address changes or order cancellations before the package is dispatched.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +923147433663‬ with your order number. Once an order is handed over to the courier service, the delivery route cannot be altered.

Damaged and Undelivered Packages

Fragrance bottles are delicate glass structures. We cushion and wrap every perfume bottle in heavy-duty protective bubble wrap to withstand long transits. However, if your package arrives visibly broken, leaking, or crushed:

  • Do not accept the delivery from the rider if it is visibly ruined.

  • Contact our customer support team immediately at scentsnsouls.info@gmail.com.

  • Take a photo of the damaged parcel and share it with us so we can swiftly ship you a replacement bottle free of cost.
